مجلس الوزراء،
بعد الاطلاع على الدستور،
وعلى قانون مصرف قطر المركزي وتنظيم المؤسسات المالية الصادر بالقانون رقم (13) لسنة 2012،
وعلى قانون مكافحة غسل الأموال وتمويل الإرهاب الصادر بالقانون رقم (20) لسنة 2019، المُعدل بالمرسوم بقانون رقم (19) لسنة 2021،
وعلى القانون رقم (4) لسنة 2022 تنظيم استخدام النقد في المعاملات،
وعلى القرار الأميري رقم (29) لسنة 1996 بشأن قرارات مجلس الوزراء التي تُرفع للأمير للتصديق عليها وإصدارها،
قرر ما يلي

المواد
المادة 1
يُحظر استخدام النقد في المعاملات التالية، متى جاوزت قيمتها (50,000) خمسبين ألف ريال:
1 - بيع وشراء وتأجير العقارات وإجراء أية تصرفات عليها.
2 - بيع وشراء وتأجير المركبات بكافة أنواعها وأرقامها المميزة.
3 - بيع وشراء وتأجير الوسائط البحرية.
4 - بيع وشراء وتأجير المعادن الثمينة أو الأحجار الكريمة والمجوهرات.
5 - بيع وشراء وتأجير الإبل والخيول والمواشي والصقور، سواء كانت مفردة أو متعددة.

المادة 2
على جميع الجهات المختصة، كُل فيما يخُصّه، تنفيذ هذا القرار. ويُعمل به من تاريخ العمل بالقانون رقم (4) لسنة 2022 المُشار إليه. ويُنشر في الجريدة الرسمية

Having considered the Constitution,
The Qatar Central Bank Law and the Regulation of Financial Institutions promulgated by Law No. (13) of 2012;
The Anti-Money Laundering and Combating the Financing of Terrorism Law promulgated by Law No. 20 of 2019, as amended by Decree-Law No. 19 of 2021,
Law No. (4) of 2022 regulating the use of cash in transactions;
Emiri Decree No. (29) of 1996 on the decisions of the Council of Ministers submitted to the Amir for ratification and promulgation;
Decide as follows:

Materials
Article 1
It is forbidden to use cash in the following transactions, when its value exceeds (50,000) fifty thousand riyals:
1 - Selling, buying and renting real estate and conducting any actions on it.
2 - Selling, buying and renting vehicles of all kinds and distinctive numbers.
3 - Selling, buying and renting marine media.
4 - Selling, buying and renting precious metals or precious stones and jewelry.
5 - Selling, buying and renting camels, horses, livestock and falcons, whether single or multiple.

Article 2
All competent authorities shall, each within its own sphere of competence, implement this resolution. It shall enter into force from the date of entry into force of Law No. (4) of 2022 referred to above. It is published in the Official Gazette
